Huei Lih Commercial Electric Stove Types and Contents:
1,We have 4 different types of commercial stoves, 3E, 5E, 5EA AND M9.
3E Electric Commercial Stove comes with a 3-inch burner, which is small in size and portable. This type of commercial stove is suitable for outdoor camping use or use in small diners.
5E, 5EA and M9 Electric Commercial Stove all come with a 5-inch burner, which is more suitable for all kinds of restaurants.
2,Unboxing A 5EA Electric Commercial Stove Set.
A whole set of 5EA Electric Commercial Stove includes a set of conjoined middle and upper rack, 5EA stove, a bottom rack, a medium pressure regulator, a standard gas hose (6-feet), two hose clamps, two conjoined middle and upper rack screws and an instruction manual.
First,Notice before operation:
1,Operating together with a medium-pressure regulator is a must.
Make sure to use the electric commercial stove together with the Hueilih medium-pressure regulator. The outlet pressure of the bottled gas cylinder is around 4 to 8 kilograms. Thus, we need to depressurize the gas pressure with a medium-pressure regulator so as to make it within the applicable range for the commercial stove, which is around 2.2 to 2.5 kilograms.
2,Pressure adjusting instruction of a medium-pressure regulator.
There is a Philips screw beyond the regulator with which the pressure can be adjusted.
It pressurizes when the screw is rotated clockwise and depressurizes when the screw is rotated counterclockwise.
3-1,Make sure the stove is placed on a stable and horizontal surface.
3-2,Make sure there are no flammable items nearby.
4,Installation order:
   1,Place the bowl.
   2,Place the pot.
3,Check to see if fixing with conjoined middle and upper rack screws is needed.
5,Check before placing the stove.
1,The height between the stove and the bottom of pot should be appropriate.
There is a Philips screw beyond the regulator with which the pressure can be adjusted. It pressurizes when the screw is rotated clockwise and depressurizes when the screw is rotated counterclockwise.
(1)Frypans and large stock pots: 9 to 11 cm.
      (2)Woks: 7 to 9 cm.
2,Make sure the vent is not too small.
3,Make sure there's proper ventilation.
When placing the stove for use, ensure that the height between the stove and the bottom of the pot is appropriate.
For the 5E, 5EA, and M9 Electric Commercial Stoves, if using frypans, large stock pots, or general stock pots, it is recommended that the height between the stove and the bottom of the pot be 9 to 11 cm.
For wok use, the recommended height is 7 to 9 cm.
Additionally, make sure that the vent is not too small and that there is proper ventilation to allow heat to dissipate. Insufficient ventilation could cause damage to the electronic switch.
6,Problem solving:
   1,Small vent.
   2,Improper ventilation.
3,Vent being too far from the center of the burner.
   Solution:
   1,Use Elongated Electric Commercial Stove.
   2,Use Elongated Commercial Stove.
If the vent is too small, ventilation is poor, or if the distance between the vent and the center of the burner is too far, it is recommended to use an Elongated Electric Commercial Stove. This will position the electronic switch further away from the heat source of the burner.
Alternatively, you may switch to an Elongated Commercial Stove to prevent damage to the electronic switch.
Second,Check before operation:
1-1,Confirm that the valve of the bottled gas cylinder is shut off.
1-2,Confirm that the switch of the electric commercial stove is off.

Confirm that the valve of the bottled gas cylinder is shut off and the switch of the electric commercial stove is off.
2,Confirm that the medium-pressure regulator is installed.
3,Confirm that the fitting point is fully connected.
Make sure that the inlet of the regulator fitting is firmly coupled, the outlet of the regulator is fully inserted into the hose and that the steel pipe is firmly coupled with the forend of the hose to prevent gas leaks caused by hose drop-offs.
Make sure that the inlet of the electric commercial stove is fully inserted into the hose and that the steel pipe is firmly coupled with the forend of the hose to prevent gas leaks caused by hose drop-offs.
Third,Notice during operation:
1,First, rotate to turn on the bottled gas cylinder, then rotate the knob counterclockwise to ignite the main burner.
2,If the stove is used for the first time or has not been used for a long time.
Please repeat the turning on and off of the control knob until air is expelled, then you can ignite the main burner.
If the stove is used for the first time or has not been used for a long time, the main burner may be unable to ignite because air may have accumulated in the gas line.
In this case, rotate the knob counterclockwise to ignite. If the ignition is not initiated, rotate the knob to its original 12 o' clock position, reignite again. Until the air in the gas line is released, the main burner can be ignited.
3,Adjustment instruction for the air adjusting plate.
The 3E and 5E electric commercial stoves don't have an air adjustment plate under the panel.
The 5EA and M9 electric commercial stoves have an air adjustment plate under the panel in front of the switch.
When the gas and the air are mixed inappropriately, it may cause red flame. Adjusting the air adjustment plate can help.
Rotating it counterclockwise can help increase the air-fuel ratio.
When the air takes up too much of the air-fuel ratio, it causes lifted fire.
Rotating it clockwise can help reduce the air-fuel ratio.
Try to adjust it to blue flame and concentrate the heat so that it generates the best heat energy.
4,Refer to the appropriate pot size to avoid damages to the electronic switch.
Under the electric commercial stove is switch panel, and there is an electronic wiring assembly. Please refer to the pot size indicated in the image to prevent damages to the switch.

5,Prevent from spilling or dripping soup or sauce on the flame disks.
Try not to spill or drip soup or sauce on the flame disks while using to prevent the flame hole from blockage and potential red flame.
6,Make sure the environment is well ventilated.
Make sure the environment is well ventilated while using.
Burning stove fire takes fresh air supply and smooth exhaust emission.
Without good ventilation, red flame can be caused, and it also shortens service life of the burner.
If under even more serious condition, it can lead to incomplete combustion and generates carbon monoxide, which can cause danger.
7,Make sure to turn off the switch of the stove and the bottled gas cylinder after use.
